Own the largest & most successful parts vendor rig at Dumont Dunes, California. According to the BLM, Doghouse is the oldest & most professional vendor they have at Dumont Dunes.
My long term plans for Doghouse involve less physical work. In order to realize this dream, I will sell off this part of Doghouse.
Until this part of Doghouse sells, I will remain an active, serious investor in being the most tenacious vendor Dumont has.
The purchase includes the rig as shown on our Dumont Dunes page, with all the existing parts inventory and operating inventory necessities inside & outside the trlr.
Total overall length is 63' 5".
All Doghouse insignia will be MODIFIED after the sale, to include the new owners phone number and website name in place of ours. Our logo may be 'used' until such time as the the new owner feels they no longer need our name as a draw.
For an additional $10,000 the trlr could be wrapped in your advertising (by High Impact Sign & Design of Pahrump) before you take it home. Obviously there are some variables involved in the wrap idea and you'd work those out with High Impact.
A discount of sales tax will apply to the purchaser with a valid resale license.

Freightliner info: 11 Litre ISM 330E Cummins (330hp), previously leased by Ryder, who sold it to Doghouse. Ryder leasing performed all services up to the sale. Passed oil analysis 12-13-07. After the sale, all services are performed by an NDOT certified mechanic. Rockwell 10 speed & 4.10 gears. Dual Jakes. Miles= 466,797 (on 2-20-10), cold air, hot heat, driver & pass air ride seats (no tears), engine block warmer, all controls function as normal, Certified mechanic inspected annually, driven 104 miles round trip to Dumont, then parked until the next trip to Dumont. All new (Bridgestone 295-75R-22.5's) rubber on the ground as of 12-27-07, new up front, new caps on rear, dual 100 gallon tanks with pass side tank feeding the generator, locking tank caps, 5th wheel removed but available, air lines still operable. Steel (10 lug hub piloted) wheels, power passenger mirror, legal tinted windows, air rear suspension, elec brake controller for triple axle trlr, 2 solar panels (5 watt) mounted on cap roof to maintain charge on batteries. 8+ mpg tractor only 4+ mpg coupled with trlr. Recently waxed.
Pace trlr info: special order built for Doghouse (from plans to completion) in 2004 with a stacker strength floor (all flat) & frame. Inverted & hidden beavertail with drop feet. Tapered nose with bubble. Will accept 8,000 pound axles & rims if growth dictates. Has 6,000 pound torsional axles now with Uniroyal load range E (235 85 R16) tires. Custom made spinning signs fit posts on roof edge and unfold from 24" x 24" triangular shape to 6' 3 armed signs shown. Electrician installed outlets for the lighting for the signs. Twin solar panels for battery maintenance of the hydraulic (raise & lower) foot and for the electrical testing batteries in the trlr. Large under goose storage area with shelves. 30' long (50amp) land power line. Twin outside halogen flood lights (one on each side) operated from wall switch inside. Twin outside Pace installed electrical outlets at trlr rear (intended for roof mounted lights) top edge. Pace installed cabinets above back ramp door and in living quarters (with stainless counter top). Auto hot water unit fed from small fresh water tank under counter. Residential sink in counter. Microwave & Frig also on counter. Wall & curtain separates LQ from inventory. Small heater heats LQ to 90 degrees if desired. Pace installed escape hatch (with vent) in LQ lends access to walk on roof portion for signs & lights set up. Towel, food & clothes racks included. Four outside (under goose) speakers & 2 LQ speakers. Pace mounted spare tire & cover in LQ. Marble pattern vinyl throughout trlr. LQ floor & goose floor, covered in green carpet. Pace installed vending window with Doghouse modification, functions & locks, entirely from inside. Stainless counter installed by Doghouse inside vending window. 12 Gorilla shelves (11 are grey steel, 1 is brown). 1 chrome wire shelf. 1 rocking office chair. One 15,000 btu Carrier Air / heat pump roof mounted unit and 3 roof vents. This is a very functional trlr that doesn't photograph well inside but carries all the parts I've been asked for since 1998.
Generator info: Brand new (12-12-08) Onan 12.5kw Quiet Diesel from Findlay RV in Las Vegas will power 3 large air units and all the appliances you can muster. Installed by Doghouse, wired and plumbed by certified mechanics. Professionally installed outlets will allow multiple trlrs (powers the 48' Pace vending and our 44' Pace LQ trlr) to be connected to it. Stand alone battery charger included to maintain batteries on long 'run time' events. Exhaust is plumbed under the trucks frame then forward then back out behind the right front tire. Remote start panel with hour meter (1067 hours to 2-20-10) is in dash in cab. Outside start panel w/ hour meter is under 'switch shelter' on the generator. |
