This car came to us with 3 wheels on the car and the engine out (see last picture). It had been sitting under a carport, exposed to the sun for over a decade.
We had it towed to our shop and then steam cleaned it & installed all of the following new parts:

snap ring at fulcrum plates
both axle boots
All engine compartment seals
gear oil
All brake shoes, wheel cylinders & rubber hoses
chrome rims & hubcaps (except spare is stock)
All tires, v-stems & balancing
