Carries the Ford Ranger p/up inside, each time I take the trlr to Dumont.
Dinette folds into a bed
The following items were new when installed:
Windows in the kitchen/ goose area (2 tinted sliding/screened)
Bathroom window (1 tinted sliding/screened)
Dinette window (1 tinted sliding/screened)
Entry grab handle
Entry door lock & keys
Entry door inside pull handle
big 875 cranking amp, 125 hour, deep cycle battery
Has an Onan 6500 and 2 propane tanks with a new auto switching regulator under the goose. No hour meter on the gen.
A 6.5 gal gas tank that is specific to the generator comes with it.
The 16" E rated tires on the trlr have plenty of tread.
Like new spare tire.
Like new tires put on the rear axle on 10-17-10.
New 'hub caps' on 8-18-11.
Spare is in floor well, just inside LQ door (under carpet).
'Plumber installed' all new copper pipes seen in the pics.
Easy Phil water tank fill attachment included (last picture).
New faucet, new toilet, new shower head & control valve.
New Extreme Series 65 psi ShuFlo water pump and pre-pump filter.
NO grey water tank. You can use a portable grey water tank for those times when you need one. I use a diverter pipe assembly (shown) to allow grey water to drain beneath the center of the trlr onto the ground.
3 keyed alike padlocks included.
Real big fresh water tank (75 gallons?) - dimensions: 22 x 21 x 46
big black water tank (I don't know the capacity).
Extra height throughout.
No leaks in the trlr.
Triple 6,000# axles.

15,000 BTU ProCom Infrared heater is hard lined to the front tanks. 1-2-12 heater removed with a problem, may be the heaters regulator.
Pictured small electric heaters are included. I use them to maintain safe temps around the new plumbing during 'freezing weather' situations.
Microwave & refrigerators shown included.
CD player / stereo & 2 speakers in white cabinet. Powered by a 15amp converter.
All the carpet on the floor is just laying on the floor.
Simmons Beautyrest king size mattress ($800 new) included.
27" to ceiling from top of mattress.
Trlr is 14" off the ground at back door.
Dual rollers under trlr at the rear.
Outside elec outlets on curb side.
2 vehicle tie downs in front of the white cabinet and 2 more tie downs in the rear. Capable of holding a full size automobile.
Includes a ramp extension and extension bump stops, to facilitate loading 'low' vehicles.
All three 6,000# axles have electric brakes.
Weighed 6000#'s empty when new as an empty cargo trlr.
Estimated current weight is 7000-7500#'s.

Can be towed by a 3/4 ton truck as long as it has 4.10:1 rear end gears with an automatic transmission or different gearing with a manual transmission.
Either truck should also have either a 'tow-haul' switch to help the tranny slow and climb or an exhaust brake to help slow.
Only the white trlr is for sale. The pickup is not.
