Made in China, sold by Empi.
15-1600 fan spring style w/ removable donut (if you want to use it on a 71 or later) 200mm.
The donut is also called a pad.
The pad can be removed with a couple of pry bars (wear safety glasses) by lifting up the factory installed washer, then the pad falls out. The parts are shown loose in the lower right of the pic.
Now your early pressure plate is a late pressure plate.
