This item, recently seen in a customers engine, surprised us.
After looking it up on the internet, we found quite a bit of discussion about it on TheSamba.com.
There we learned, that if your pressure is too high with this kit (the spacer is not shown here in our pic), you can trim the spring used to lower the pressure to your liking.
Our customers initial pressure was 85+- at 5000 rpm & 45+- at 1000 rpm
I trimmed 1 'coil wind' off to get 60+- at 5500 rpm and 38+- at 1000 rpm
