If you drove with a loose axle nut, your splines will tear out as shown.
That's not all that gets damaged either, so look at the spline width on the axle itself. If the spline width is not the same from the bearing to the end at the threads, you will also need either a new stub axle or in the case of swing axle transmissions, a new axle too.
