2000 sandrail with vw 2276cc turbo'd engine - broken bug trans - sold

Description:
The transmission (bug swing axle) ring and pinion gears are broken.
The engine won't start. Carb has a gas leak.
Sold as is WITHOUT THE PADDLE TIRES AND RIMS.
If you want the paddles and rims, they'll be $400 more.
Pictures are NOT current, although it still looks very much like it today.
Lots of nice features on this rail.
We won't ship it, but you can make arrangements to have a trucker come get it and we'll help with the loading.
Rear tires are 'canted' in the rear shot due to coming down off of our floor jack. Common on swing axles.
It appears to have cb eliminator heads. It has a Holley carb. The swing axle trans has a super diff, close ratio gearing, hd side plates and 3 mounts. The engine has a deep sump and a Gene Berg oil pump. Zoom in on the pictures to see many other pluses.
