This Super Duty engine stand, also called an assembly stand or engine repair stand is the type that rolls around on the floor and has a pivoting head that grabs the 3-4 side of the engine block.
Some modification may be needed for your engine to bolt up...a little tweek here...a little grind there.
With this stand you can perform all those otherwise hard to do tasks. Holds the engine AND THE VW TRANSMISSION - though not both at the same time of course.
Weighs about 47# ready to ship in a 41 x 13 x 9 box.
This will not accept Porsche yolks
