This starts with an AE block that is 40 over on the mains with a stock thrust.
We have Rimco machine the relief plunger surfaces, open the block to accept 92's, tap all the oil galleys for cleaning and full flow.
The block is then steam cleaned.
New Empi plungers go in the holes with stock springs and hardware.
A set of new allen head studs will hold the new Bugpack super pump that has it's outlet plugged with a push in aluminum plug. The pump is set up for full flow.
A new set of Empi drilled lobe lifters rub the new Engle 110 cam. It spins via new billet straight cut gears.
The crank is a like new 74 stroke counterweighted forged style with standard size (not turned) vw journals. On it are new steel backed mains and new rod bearings. The crank swings new Empi 5.5" H beam rods. On the back is a new chromoly lightened 8 dowel flywheel held on by a new CB Perf big head gland nut kit.
New Empi depression drain plate with screen closes the bottom.
A new Empi stock size & design 5 hole pulley goes on the crank with a new long chrome bolt & washer.
A new chrome 009 style distributor with a new polished aluminum clamp, sits on top next to a new billet fuel pump block off.
