Description:
This long block started from a beautiful AE block that we sent to Brothers Machine to have align bored, galley plugs drilled out, tapped and plugged (for cleaning purposes), cylinder bores opened for 94's and case savers installed for 10mm studs.

An Empi 110 cam with OE lifters & helical gear
Newly rebuilt rods from Brothers
New bearings throughout
Stock oe crank & flywheel
Chromoly gland nut & large washer
New thick steel OE oil drain plate
Cleaned, used oil screen
Schadek 26mm gear oil pump
Stock, used 10mm head studs
Perfect used pinion drive gear & crank gears
New AA cylinder & piston kit
Total Seal Gapless 2nd ring set
New pushrod tubes
Stock vw heads 55cc combustion chamber size (with Brothers 3 angle valve job) and single hi-rev spring kit.
Stock (disassembled, cleaned & polished) valve train with new adjuster screws & HD nuts
New aluminum clip on valve covers, gaskets & bales
