This replaces the plastic, smaller pulley your Beetlemex came with.
Pictures & install instructions below, for you to follow for an easy install

The first three pictures are to show you what you get for $36
Picture 4 is your pulley with the spacer removed (hold your pulley secure and tap on the spacer with a 10mm socket to drive it out)
Picture 5 shows the spacer being installed into the new pulley (large side on the clip side). It is a tight slip fit.
Picture 6 shows you need a common washer that fits your pulley bolt (17mm wrench size) and covers the bearing's steel collar
Picture 7 shows how the washer needs to be installed over the bolt (NOT on the clip side)
Picture 8 shows the washer installed
Picture 9 shows the tension adjuster placement for where WE needed it for our belt (yours placement will be close)
Picture 10 shows the pulley installed. Depress the belt with the pulley, then install the bolt. It's easier to do it this way, then to try tightening the large (19mm) bolt on the tensioner, after the pulley is installed
