Use these for setting your deck when using a stroker crank.
Scat
Because of the manufacturing process used in making these shims, they may not be exactly the dimension as stated. Doghouse and Scat have no control over any discrepancies there may be. These sets are close enough for the vast majority of users, so Doghouse does not accept any returns for them.
This engine builders note: I recommend considering a copper racing head gasket (we sell .040 .050 .060 & .090 thick) on TOP of the cylinder anytime you are considering shimming a cylinder at the base. Bring the piston as far up in the cylinder as you can and get your same clearance in the combustion chamber by doing this. This lets the combustion process take place in the combustion chamber NOT in the cylinder. The more combustion that happens in the combustion chamber the more free horsepower you get.
