new CAST 87mm = 1641cc.
This is a "slip in" fit kit.
Also known as part# 311 198 069/87.
2x2x5 rings
fits type 1 engines
Best performance is gained when Total Seal Gapless 2nd groove rings are used.
Some early blocks (like single relief blocks) require the lip on the bottom of the cylinder to be filed off. The lip is very thin and so easy to file off, it'll take about 5 minutes each cylinder if you do it by hand. Or you can use a dremel and a grinding disc and do it in 1.
