1 1/2" ID pipes
This system has opened heat riser stubs, so if you won't be using heat risers to your manifold, plan on getting a heat riser block off set.
Designed for use with a single carb. Have duals? We have used these with duals (as shown), BUT YOU BUY at your own risk for fit and application. THESE WILL NOT FIT WITH DUAL EPC OR ICT CARBS.
Comes with Ceramic coated hard metal mechanical (not fiberglass wrapped) baffles that are loose. You can either install them or not. Install can be by rivets, welding or screws.
Empi says that you should warm up and then allow a cool down period on any ceramic coating to "season" the ceramic prior to reaching any high rpm/temps. Otherwise some blemishing may occur.
Please note how close the pipes come to your valve covers if you also have the Empi logo style covers as this engine does.
Also note how your plug wires need to be so they don't burn on the pipes.
Exhaust systems or their components will not be accepted for return or credit if there is evidence of having been installed or used.
