Aircraft quality aluminum, flux-less oven brazed construction. Cross-path airflow effectively cools oil as air passes through as many as 16 paths across sturdy embossed plates.
Insignificant pressure drop, twice the cooling in half the size! Painted black for fast heat dissipation. Fitted with 1/2" female pipe thread fittings.
Don't forget to buy the mounting dampers, part# 9259-7, as they are recommended.

Plates on the coolers are top and bottom brazed together to radiate heat away from the passes in opposite directions. The 72 plate cooler has 36 plates brazed together on opposing sides of the passes. 96 plates coolers have 48 plates & so on.
