Rectangular, flat, with 2 holes on the outside to mount the bracket and 3 holes on the inside to mount the trans.

Solid mounts transmit all vibrations from the drive train throughout the frame - ok off road, noisy on the street.
Notes about this mount:
It is supplied with 3 bolts: 7/16" (.4375") for mounting the mount to the transmission but the 3 holes in the mount are only .427"
Drilling your mount before use may be necessary.
